Serviceable Locations   
We offer delivery services across all valid pin codes within India. At present, we do not support international deliveries outside the country.   

Order Handling Time   
All orders are handled and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days following the confirmation of your purchase. This excludes weekends and any recognized public holidays.   
Once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment, a confirmation email containing all relevant order and details will be sent to your registered email address.   

Estimated Delivery Duration   
Our regular shipping schedule ensures that your package is delivered within a timeframe of 3 to 8 business days. We work with trusted logistics partners to make sure your items reach you on time.   

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts   
Should a delivery attempt fail due to inaccurate address details, recipient not being available at the time of delivery, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment will be rerouted back to our warehouse. You may contact us to arrange another delivery attempt if needed.   

Shipments That Are Damaged or Missing   
If you receive an item that appears to be damaged, we kindly ask you to inform our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and include clear photographs as evidence of the damage.   
In cases where your shipment is lost while in transit, we will investigate the issue with the courier service and proceed with either a replacement dispatch or a refund, depending on the outcome of the verification process.
